Weichenviertel Hannover – preparatory construction measures underway
- Innovative and sustainable residential quarter planned in two phases on former railway land along Fuhsestraße
- Preparatory construction measures for the first phase are underway, with construction scheduled to begin in spring 2026 and completion at the end of 2028
- First phase: 847 units for subsidised, price-free and student housing, care, assisted living and a large daycare centre
- Investment in first phase: approx. €160 million
- Marketing for commercial space begins
