Cureus appoints Ramon Lahme as Head of Property Acquisition
Hamburg/Winsen (Aller), 10 October 2022. Cureus, an integrated property company that specialises in developing and actively managing its own care home portfolio, announces the appointment of Ramon Lahme (44) as Head of Property Acquisition and Business Development. Together with his team, Mr Lahme will spearhead the acquisition of development plots for the construction of Cureus’ state-of-the-art system care homes and senior residences. Cureus is currently looking to acquire additional plots of 2,500 square metres and more to develop properties with a gross floor area of 4,000 square metres or more in residential and mixed-use areas close to city centres throughout Germany.
Mr Lahme most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at the brokerage firm Evernest. Before that he was with Project Immobilien Group until 2021, most recently as Director of Project Development, and from 2006 to 2016 he had various roles at Engel & Völkers, including Regional Manager Cologne and Group Sales Manager.

He brings extensive brokerage and development experience and a broad network of industry contacts and we believe he is the ideal person to achieve the most in this newly created position”, says Christian Möhrke, COO of Cureus. So far this year, Cureus has acquired seven plots of land for care home developments, having acquired 17 plots of land in 2021 as a whole.
