“The new senior residence has been built according to our state-of-the-art standard of system care real estate and the highest architectural standards”, says Rainer Schmitz, project manager at Cureus. “Modern and spacious care rooms with generous glazing and a bright, pleasant facade make this a complex to truly feel at home in. The new residence will be operated by Lavendio, whose experts will provide best-in-class personalised care and nursing services. We would like to thank everyone involved in the construction for the smooth and efficient execution of the project and wish the future residents and the Lavendio team all the best in the new residence!”
“We are delighted to be inaugurating the latest Lavendio Seniorenresidenz in Hanover right on schedule”, says Elvira Schulze, Managing Director of Lavendio Seniorenresidenzen. “This is an open house with a hotel-style ambience, where neighbours will also enjoy a warm welcome as soon as soon as the coronavirus situation allows. This modern new building, combined with our wide range of care services and the beautifully designed park and garden area, will certainly play their part”.
Some care places still available – additional team members wanted
The residence still has a small number of available places for permanent and short-term inpatient care, for residents with dementia and for palliative care. Furthermore, the completion of the Lavendio senior residence in Ricklingen has created around 100 new and secure, with a few vacancies for carers yet to be filled.
Prospective residents and potential employees can find out more, including contact options, on the residence’s website https://lavendio-pflege.de/ricklingen/startseite. Lavendio can also be contacted directly via telephone (05143 9810-0) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Modern senior residence with restaurant, laundry, hair salon and large garden
The new residence has been designed and built to sustainable KfW 40 energy-efficiency standards and boasts a partial basement, three full stories and a recessed top floor. The flat roof will be partially greened and heating will be provided by an environmentally-friendly combined heat and power plant (CHP), which will also generate electricity for the senior residence. In addition, residents also have the option of installing their own furnishings and accessories if they wish. Fifty-two of the rooms are also fully wheelchair-accessible. The residence features a range of amenities, including a restaurant with a fresh-food kitchen, an in-house laundry, a hairdressing salon, therapy rooms, a doctor’s practice and a seminar room for trainees. The residence is surrounded by spacious landscaped grounds.
