Cureus announces completion of Lavendio senior residence in Hanover-Ricklingen
- 131 state-of-the-art care places
- In-house restaurant, laundry and hair salon

Cureus, an experienced integrated portfolio holder for inpatient care homes in Germany, which builds new properties for its own portfolio, has announced the successful completion and handover of the Lavendio Seniorenresidenz Ricklingen at Göttinger Chaussee 275 in 30459 Hanover.

Some care places still available – additional team members wanted
The residence still has a small number of available places for permanent and short-term inpatient care, for residents with dementia and for palliative care. Furthermore, the completion of the Lavendio senior residence in Ricklingen has created around 100 new and secure, with a few vacancies for carers yet to be filled.

Modern senior residence with restaurant, laundry, hair salon and large garden
The new residence has been designed and built to sustainable KfW 40 energy-efficiency standards and boasts a partial basement, three full stories and a recessed top floor. The flat roof will be partially greened and heating will be provided by an environmentally-friendly combined heat and power plant (CHP), which will also generate electricity for the senior residence. Each of the 131 single rooms is equipped to modern standards and all rooms have their own bathrooms. In addition, residents also have the option of installing their own furnishings and accessories if they wish. Fifty-two of the rooms are also fully wheelchair-accessible. The residence features a range of amenities, including a restaurant with a fresh-food kitchen, an in-house laundry, a hairdressing salon, therapy rooms, a doctor’s practice and a seminar room for trainees. The residence is surrounded by spacious landscaped grounds.
