Hamburg/Ulm/Gladbeck, 2 May 2023. Cureus, an integrated property company that specialises in developing and actively managing its own care home portfolio, has completed "SCHÖNES LEBEN Gladbeck im Zentrum", a modern service living complex consisting of an apartment building together with three city villas, with 84 exclusive service apartments and a day care for the SCHÖNES LEBEN Group as operator. The new buildings are located at Wilhelmstraße 12-18 (straight) in 45964 Gladbeck. Cureus itself acted as general contractor.

SCHÖNES LEBEN Gladbeck im Zentrum, with its modern, urban architecture and generous glazing, blends harmoniously into the central Gladbeck cityscape not far from the town hall.
